Lab Ethos
The Srivastava lab got together more than two years ago to propose and implement an anti-discrimination action plan to hold ourselves accountable to:
1. Speak out against discrimination.
2. Mentor STEM students from BAME/ underprivileged backgrounds.
3. To take part in outreach programs to speak with students from underprivileged backgrounds.
4. To actively partake in initiatives such as In2Science & actively promote STEm to underprivileged students.
5. To provide mentoring and guidance to underprivileged BAME STEM students (High School and Msc) with CV and Cover Letter.
